Christmas Eve with Garfield

We spent Christmas Eve at Babcia's. Babcia prepared a delicious meal (the Piekutowski 's sausage was my favorite!) and we ate Uncle Andrew's famous holiday cookies. Then, I played, played, played. First, with the piano. Then, with the nativity scene (I'm sorry about your head Casper). Then, with the Princess and the Pauper Barbie that Aunt Angela gave me for Christmas. Then, finally, I played in Babcia's Garfield room. I love Garfield room!

They tell me that all the time!

Have you ever been told that you look like a famous celebrity? Apparently my celebrity look-alike is Evander Holyfield.

By the way, Happy Festivus to all of you Seinfeld fans.

Birthday Wishes

I stared at the cake, closed my eyes, and wished for snow. I blew as hard as I could. When I opened my eyes, the candles had been blown out but ......no snow. I guess it takes a week for wishes to come true because when I got up on Saturday morning there was snow. Thanks birthday fairies!
Oh, and Daddy and I made snow bunnies!

I also added some pictures from my birthday party. They didn't turn out really well but you can see us dressed up and some of the hearts we made for the Tin Man. You can tell I really like the princess lamp, can't you? I had a little trouble with the finality of blowing out the candle but I ultimately gave in to the crowd.

Annie!

The day for Annie finally came. Monica got us some great tickets (thanks again!) I wore my dress all day! I was too excited for a nap so by the time the play started, I was exhausted. We got there an hour early so we spent a good deal of time looking at the elephants and monkeys all over the theater.

When dad started to get cranky I just fed him some Gardetto's. The most memorable things about the play were Sandy, Annie's Christmas tree (and all the toys), the fact that Annie had a locket and I didn't, the song "Tomorrow", and that Ms. Hannigan was very mean. That night Annie brought me a locket. It was a great time and I recommend it to my friends.

Carousel Love

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE riding the carousel. Can't get enough. Oh, and Mom calls the last picture "Willa and the Giant Leaf." I don't get it. Maybe you have to know how to read.
